The best customer service I have experienced. My goods needed to be held for an extended period due to delays with my house build. This wasn't an issue for the store. When it was time for delivery, Joe arranged everything without a fuss and my several items were (except for one) delivered in impeccable condition (and I'm very pleased with the quality). The store swiftly dealt with the one item that was damaged (likely at the point of manufacture) to my full satisfaction. I would buy from Hammond & Grange again without hesitation. Fabulous store.

The preorder was one month late but all was forgotten after the delivery. The delivery guy Kevin was nice and helpful, we have many stairs up the porch and he went out of his way to bring it up for us. He was very patient too. He is a great asset to the h&g team as he was the only contact we had since we bought this online.
